Refundable Deposits

Mackstone Ltd takes a standard deposit of equivalent to 5 weeks rent for the 'Damage' deposit all monies are an protected through an approved scheme (My Deposits).

 

If instructed by the landlord the deposit may be reduced to equivalent to 1 month rent.
